Returning orders or single items is very simple, fast and FREE of charge.

You have 30 days to return your order.

You just need to fill the return form, after that Ariete will arrange the pick up and give you all the information about the return process.

Note: Ariete reserves the right to refuse a return due to obvious damage.

If a return is refused, the item will be returned to you, once again free of charge, and the refund will not be issued.

Excluding the exception mentioned above, refund will be processed in average withing 10 working days from the return date.
